Cisco Patient Connect

• Created the end-to-end user experience strategy and user interface design to the web and mobile apps for “Cisco Patient Connect” solution, instituting a user-centered design to connect patients, care teams, hospital services, and friends and family everywhere, as well as reach members of the care team at Parkland Memorial Hospital in Dallas, Texas. Designed the user interface for “Cisco Patient Connect” using video communications and screen-sharing across patient room TVs and caregivers’ personal mobile devices, enabling content delivery automation, patient education, and clinical workflows from the strategic design to execution. Personalized content and created the application interface design for services such as patient admissions, progress tracking, educational videos, TV guide, pain survey, patient requests, food ordering, and discharge instructions.
