Cocktails for Ten
For my graduation demo reel, I produced ‘Cocktails for Ten,’ a 2-minute 3D animation created in Autodesk Maya, detailing the comedic chase of a wine bottle by ten wine glasses. This project encompassed the full animation pipeline, including meticulous 3D modeling of the characters and environment, dynamic character rigging and animation, detailed lighting and rendering, and final compositing and editing in After Effects and Premiere Pro. The narrative, which culminates in the wine bottle’s unexpected breakage and the glasses’ resourceful use of a sponge, demonstrates a comprehensive understanding of storytelling through 3D animation. Notably, ‘Cocktails for Ten’ was recognized for its creative execution, winning the Journey Education animation competition.
Created animated short film in Autodesk Maya, Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro.
